Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Items

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• All tags, labels, seals, accessories, and protective packaging must remain attached or included.
• Returned items must be approved by JC's Closet before they are shipped back.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes, cosmetics, body sprays, deodorants, and personal care products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
• Custom-made, altered, personalized, or made-to-measure fashion pieces are not returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
• Items returned without approval, outside the return window, or in unsellable condition may be rejected.

How to Start a Return

• Use your Orders page if the return or cancellation action is available for the order.
• You may also contact us through the Contact page or email favouradeyekun@gmail.com with your order number, item details, photos where relevant, and reason for return.
• Our team will review the request and share next steps if the return is eligible.
• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We may offer replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and item availability.

Refund Processing

• Returned items are inspected before refund approval.
• Approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer or another agreed method after we confirm the returned item condition.
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after approval, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
• Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or product of equal or higher value, subject to availability. Any price difference and additional delivery costs must be paid before dispatch.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch where available. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process may apply instead.
